When was the last time you got riled up without hearing all the facts?
Every day people are becoming more skeptical and untrusting over the dumbest things! “Jumping” to conclusions has become the latest exercise!
We have ceased to believe the best in people and automatically assume the worst. Giving people the benefit of the doubt has become a thing of the past; old-fashioned!
It’s not enough that the world, [that organized system headed by satan that leaves God out and is a rival to Him] is leading the way, but Christians have fallen into satan’s trap, too.
Don’t jump on the bandwagon of skepticism and mistrust over every.little.thing, rather practice Godly discernment.
The next time you are tempted to get riled up over something without knowing all the facts, seek to understand what you don’t know and carefully listen with discernment. The Bible says,
Let those who are wise understand these things. Let those with discernment listen carefully. The paths of the Lord are true and right, and righteous people live by walking in them. But in those paths sinners stumble and fall. Hosea 14:9

We automatically assume the worst in people – so true Deb. May we not jump to conclusions but practice discernment.

Great word, Deborah. As disciples, we are still commanded to show love, mercy and grace. May we never forget that, even in these strange and complicated times! Many blessings to you.

Well stated. Everything that glitters isn’t gold. And everything that smells bad isn’t garbage. “Weeds are flowers too, once you get to know them.” A.A. Milne

There are so many who assume the worst in others. We must practice believing the best in our fellow man, until they prove us wrong. This is happening more and more these days. People getting very angry over little things, especially in public.
Great post, Deb! Thanks for sharing your thoughts with us! 💜
