As Jesus and His disciples were leaving Jericho, a blind beggar named Bartimaeus was sitting by the road. When Bartimaeus heard that Jesus was passing by, he cried out, “Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on me!” Many were sternly telling Bartimaeus to be quiet, but he kept crying out all the more, “Son of David, have mercy on me!” Jesus stopped and said, “Call him here.” Throwing aside his cloak, Bartimaeus jumped up and came to Jesus. And answering him, Jesus said, “What do you want me to do for you?” The blind man replied, “Teacher, I want to regain my sight!” And Jesus said to him, “Go your way; your faith has healed you.” Immediately Bartimeaus regained his sight and began following Jesus on the road. Mark 10:46-52
What do you want Jesus to do for you today? He’s asking. Don’t let Him pass by without telling Him. What started out as an ordinary day for Bartimeaus turned out to be the day that changed his life when he cried out to Jesus! Cry out, keep crying out, run to Him and follow Him!
Amen. May we all accept Jesus in our lives. Have a blessed 🙌 holiday and may your ministry grow grow strength to strength.

Don’t let Jesus pass by- he pursued Jesus and that changed the rest of his life, what an encouraging reminder.
Thank you Deb. Hope you are enjoying the break.

I’m enjoying my break! The weather is unseasonably warm for December! I had a picnic with a friend in the park today and then took a walk on the trail. Much fun 🤩
