Be Strong in the Lord!

You cannot rush God!

We cannot rush God!

Have you wondered why it has taken so long for Christ to return? I have. If you ask me, I would say this is a good time, but praise God, I am not in charge!

It took a long time for Jesus to come the first time, and when He did, He came special delivery and at just the right time!

When the time is right, Jesus will come again, but until then, dear brothers and sisters, BE STRONG.

GOD ALWAYS KEEPS HIS WORD!

Be strong in the Lord and in His mighty power. Ephesians 6:10

Be strong and steady, always enthusiastic about the Lord’s work, for you know that nothing you do for the Lord is ever useless. I Corin. 5:38

Be strong and courageous, all you who put your hope in the Lord! Psalms 31:24

Be on guard. Stand firm in the faith. Be courageous. Be strong. I Corinthians 16:13

Stand firm against him, and be strong in your faith. Remember that your family of believers all over he world is going through the same kind of suffering you are. I Peter 5:9

This is my command, be strong and courageous! Do not be afraid or discouraged. For the Lord your God is with you wherever you go. Joshua 1:9

Timothy, my dear son, be strong through the face that God gives you in Christ Jesus.

I am weak, but He is strong! 🍁Deb

  1. Amen! Yes, indeed, I know that feeling of longing to see Him in the sky. Any time now, Lord, I find myself saying. But, I must remember His timing is perfect. He is yet giving time for hearts to change and surrender to Him. Thank you for this encouraging post and such great scripture to stand on! Blessings! ❤

  2. We need to be certain as to where our strength comes from. I could hope that this is near the end times. Because if it’s just the end of the United States there’s nothing left but bad actors on the world stage. So I’m concentrated on the culture of the United States and the lack of strong Christian men to lead us.

  3. Beautiful and needed message, thank you for sharing Deborah ❤ The other day I heard a thought on a podcast that we don't want to just wait around for Jesus to come and fix everything. We want to help make our homes and our communities somewhere He could feel at home. I think being strong means just that – waiting in faith and patience for His timetable, rather than in hiding and without hope.
