One of my favorite stories in the Bible is about the two men walking to the village of Emmaus.
As they walked along the road talking about everything that had happened the last three days, (Jesus’ crucifixion and missing body), Jesus, Himself, came along and joined them on their walk.
Jesus could tell they were in a deep discussion about something, so He asked, “What are you so concerned about?”
One of the men replied, “You must be the only person in the Jerusalem who hasn’t heard about all the things that have happened there the last few days.” 😂 To which Jesus asked, “What things?”😉
Even though Jesus knew all about their sorrow, by asking, He wanted them to tell Him all about it!
Always remember whatever you’re going through, Jesus is by your side. Tell Him all your sorrows and allow Him to comfort you by His presence and through His Word.
“Let not your heart be troubled. Trust in God and trust in Me.” John 14:1
Amen. We can talk to Him about everything and He is always with us.

This is so comforting! I love knowing that He wants us to come to Him. No matter what we’re going through, He will listen and we never have to feel like we’re burdening Him with our problems.
