“We are pressed on every side by troubles, but we are not crushed. We are perplexed, but not driven to despair. We are hunted down, but never abandoned by God. We get knocked down, but we are not destroyed. Through suffering, our bodies continue to share in the death of Jesus so that the life of Jesus may also be seen in our bodies.”
2 Corinthians 4:8-10 NLT

I'm a child of Jehovah God, a wife, and mother. My inspiration to write comes from the Word of God, and the goal of my writing is to influence people to follow after Jesus Christ. If just one person comes to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ, I will have accomplished what I set out to do.
The name of my blog comes from knowing that God has been faithful to me, and I want to testify to His faithfulness! Lamentations 3:22-23 "The faithful love of the Lord never ends! His mercies never cease. Great is His faithfulness; His mercies begin afresh each morning." ~Blessings!

Suffering does have a way of drawing us closer to Jesus. I’m thankful He holds us up through it all. 💚

What a great illustration and words of how faith doesn’t mean you won’t have troubles, but relying on Jesus does help to lift our burdens.
You are such a great example of this to me, Deborah, because you’ve shared difficult things you have gone through, but still show such deep faith in deep waters ❤️ God bless you, friend!
